Nobody under the age of 16 will be permitted to take part in the 10k race. This is a condition of our Association of Running Clubs race permit, through which we’re insured. Anyone age 14+ can run the 5k unaccompanied, and those age 11+ must be accompanied by an adult. The fun run is for age 5 and above, but anyone under 9 must be accompanied by an adult.
